PAYMENT DETAILS

• Tuition Amounts are based on the program selected. Prices are detailed on our website. Go to www.psat.education and select our Tuition page.
• The tuition deposit of $1,200 is required prior to Tuesday, August 1st, 2023 before the Fall session begins; December 29th before the Spring Semester begins; and or May 31st 2024 before Summer Session 1 begins. All future payoff payments will be due on the first of every month. Failure to make a payment by the scheduled due date will result in a $75 late fee and disrupted access to the platform. 
• Registration Fee $50 
• Technology Fee $150 per semester
• Additional costs associated with class materials and textbook purchases (if applicable) will be disclosed on the class syllabi. 

TUITION REFUND POLICY:

• Payees can receive a 90% refunded if enrollment cancellation is approved prior to the academic session start date.
• They can receive a 50% refund if enrollment is cancelled within 15-30 academic days of school.
• Payees will not receive a refund if 31 academics days have passed, and any fees assessed (Registration Fee, or Technology fee,) are non-refundable.
• Releasing payees from tuition payments are a courtesy if granted, and this decision must be approved by the Head of School and or the Founder in writing. 
• Disputes and billing concerns should be in writing and emailed to billing@psatacademy.com .

ATTENDANCE POLICY

• The student should be present all the times except when he/she is severely sick, or an emergency arises. Absence notifications must be submitted to the Attendance Clerk with supporting documentation to attendance@psatacademy.com
• All absence notices will be reviewed before determined Excused. All unexcused absences will be marked as an Absence. 
• Caution-students will undergo enrollment and course credit review if excessive absences continue.
• Tuition refunds are voided for unapproved absences. Grades earned during these periods of absences are final. Grades will not be altered or modified, and students will receive the marks they have earned. Be advised to complete course work requirements and submit them on time during periods of absences.

ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE

• Plagiarism Prohibited- subject to expulsion-refer to your Student Code of Conduct for details.
• Academic Excellence Required
• Students are encouraged to maintain an academic average grade of 2.8 and higher; and are required to have a B or higher in all courses he/she are enrolled in to participate in any athletic activities or events. 
• Caution-students will be under academic probation if he/she falls below a B in any course and will not be able to participate in athletic events. Students who are academically ineligible to participate will be on a two-week probationary period to improve their grade(s) before participation in athletics or club events. After grade review they will be notified if permitted to participate or if an additional probationary period is needed. 

BEHAVIOR

• Students, parents, faculty, and staff members are required to conduct themselves professionally, use respectful language and tones while on our virtual platforms and whenever in person. Refer to the Student, Parent, Teacher, and the Coaches Code of Conduct for further details. Violation of the Code of Conduct will result in admin directed consequences.
